Sierra Burt

Sierra began playing hockey in the BCH and Goderich minor hockey organizations. She would move on to play for Sarnia Lady Sting and Bluewater Hawks in the PWHL. Playing for West Coast Selects, Sierra travelled to Sweden/Budapest/Prague/and Bolzano Italy for tournament play. Sierra represented Team Ontario Blue at the 2016 National Women’s U18 tournament in Regina Saskatchewan. Sierra was also chosen to attend Hockey Canada’s U18 National Strength and Conditioning Camp, followed by Team Canada’s U-18 National Team tryout camp in Calgary.

In 2017 Sierra moved to St Charles Missouri to play NCAA Division I hockey at Lindenwood University. She was named to the CHA all-rookie team in 2018, and to the CHA All-Conference Second Team in 2019.

She was fortunate to play 5 years of hockey with the Lions, finishing off with her MBA with an emphasis in Accounting. Sierra is currently a student with CPA Ontario pursuing her CPA designation.
